Hi, I’m Gema — a UX Researcher and Human-Centered Design Strategist with a Master’s in Interaction Design & Information Architecture and over 5 years of experience creating research-driven, intuitive digital experiences.

I’m a designer who found her true passion in understanding the why behind human behavior. Empathy is my superpower—it guides me to uncover deep user needs and turn them into clear, actionable insights.

 

I bring experience leading mixed-methods research in enterprise environments, and I'm skilled in applying qualitative and quantitative research frameworks—including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and journey mapping—to uncover insights that drive meaningful design decisions.
